1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fieldee platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Fieldee provides a cloud-based field workforce management platform that includes:
- GPS-verified punch-in/out and attendance tracking.
- Geofencing-based location verification.
- Leave management and approval workflows.
- Expense tracking with receipt capture.
- Analytics dashboards and reporting.
- Holiday calendar with notifications.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Falsify attendance records, location data, or other information.
5. Subscription & Billing
Fieldee offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant Fieldee a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use Your Data for any other purpose without your consent.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Fieldee. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Fieldee's intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieldee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Fieldee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
